William Velie
Senior Attorney
William Velie received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Native American Studies from the University of California at Berkeley in 1991 and graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law in 1995 . He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Oklahoma Supreme Court. William has been practicing Immigration law for almost two decades. He practices immigration law throughout the United States.

Craig D. McDougal
Senior Attorney
Craig McDougal received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 and graduated from the Oklahoma College of Law in 2005. He is a member of Oklahoma Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Craig brings nearly a decade of financial expertise to Velie.us. He has enjoyed a career in banking and has emerged over the past years as a talent in the legal world of immigration, corporate business solutions as well as personal injury and property damage settlements. Craig’s legal forte focuses primarily on visas for corporate professionals and investors.

Jack N. Velie
Attorney
Jack N. Velie earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado in 2019 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Immigration Law Association and is a sitting board member of Norman Cultural Connection in Norman, OK. Jack oversees the temporary visa dockets, and his primary focuses include preparing visa types including H-2A, H-2B, H-1B, P-1, O-1, TN, R-1, and EB-1. Jack looks forward to continuing to expand his knowledge in the field of Immigration Law. In his free time, Jack enjoys traveling, bowling, spending time with family and friends, and watching Oklahoma football and OKC Thunder basketball.

Kyle B. Cummings
Attorney
Kyle B. Cummings received his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University in 2018 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023.He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. He was a legal intern for the firm for two years before joining the firm full time after graduation. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge of the Immigration field and obtaining the best possible outcomes for clients. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and his dog Bear, as well as supporting the Aggies and the Sooners.

Briian earned a B. A. English Literature from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990. She also has a M.A. in Leadership Administration from the University of Oklahoma which she received in 2008. With over a decade of experience in management, Briian serves as the Director of Operations. Briian enjoys reading the classics, museum hopping, Mardi Gras parades, and karaoke every chance she gets!

Assistant Director of Operations
Kinsey Neiderer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2022 as well as a Master’s degree in Adult Education, Administration, and Management in 2024, both from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. As the Assistant Operations Manager at Velie.us, Kinsey is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, administrative duties, and event planning, ensuring smooth operational processes across the firm.
Outside of work, Kinsey enjoys watching basketball, cultivating her plant collection, and spending time with family and friends.

Laura Davidson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with minors in Meteorology and Spanish from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Laura serves as a Coordinator, reviewing and overseeing client files and preparing many types of temporary work visa petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1, J, and R-1, as well as permanent residency visas. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching college football in the fall.

He has a background in the Oklahoma printing industry and has several years of management experience that inform his professional style. He is a lead case manager of H2A/H2B visas and RFE/NOD preparation. Lane has multiple accolades in saugeye fishing and often admires the beauty of various lakes in the Tri-City area on his expeditions.

Ali is a Lead Case Manager for the NVC and the Consular Processing area for our Firm. Her practice primary focuses on helping our clients reunite all the information and documents in all their immigrant process to become US Legal Residents through their Job and have their families joint them as US Legal Residents. As a member of our team, Ali provides personalized attention to every client that calls for assistance. Ali also has broad experience working in health care and the area of Education through the administrative area, sales, and bilingual services, she enjoys assisting business in the Human Resources Area and she has worked supporting people with disabilities to reach their goals. Ali has developed projects for diverse Communities and has been part of Community activities specially facilitating communication and translating to immigrant families. Ali values diversity and enjoys multicultural activities.

Paulina Castillo earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National University of Colombia in 2023, and her Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Oklahoma in 2025. She has experience in business analytics, process automation, app design, and optimization. She enjoys painting with watercolors and dancing salsa.

Noah earned a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Central Florida and is currently applying to law schools for the Fall 2026 admission. Maria is a senior at the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Aylin will graduate in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and plans to take a gap year to focus on preparing for the LSAT before pursuing law school.
