VWP & ESTA

Allows eligible citizens of participating countries to travel to the U.S. for tourism or business for up to 90 days without a visa.

Eligible Countries:

Includes 35 countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Full list available on the U.S. Department of State’s website.

Application Process & Limitations:

Travelers must apply for travel authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) before traveling. ESTA is valid for multiple entries into the U.S. for up to two years. However, no extension of stay or change of status is available under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).

Note: Travelers must meet all eligibility requirements; some may need to apply for a visa instead.
